Software Support Analysts

In this position, you will be managing and resolving technical problems and incidents as a point of contact for our customers, providing analysis into technical and functional issues, and escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams. You’ll be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, work effectively with minimal supervision, and occasionally travel to client sites.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Experience supporting commercial software solutions in the domain of global financial markets.

Software Developers

In this position, you will design, build, and support our commercial software products using Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, etc), relational databases (MSSQL, Sybase, etc), and various programming concepts (OOP, multi-threading, sockets, message queues, etc). The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the design and implementation of distributed, service oriented, real time, high performance business applications in the domain of global financial markets. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Professional development experience developing business applications

  • Strong technical and programming skills
  • Strong relational database experience (MSSQL, Sybase, etc)

Project Managers

In this position, you will manage projects to roll out our commercial software solutions to our client base in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia. Projects will run from weeks to months in duration and will require the project manager to coordinate several projects in parallel including involvement of teams distributed globally. The PM will manage all stages of the project life cycle including analysis, requirements, and scoping; software development, testing, and documentation; delivery, installation, configuration, and training; system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live; and transition to support.

  • Experience as a project manager within a software development organization
